Children Vesak Celebration
The Dhamma School children participate in a day-long Vesak programme, including the observation of eight precepts. They display their creative talents by producing Vesak lanterns.
Sinhala and Tamil New Year Celebration
Children are keen and enjoy participating in the annual Sinhala and Tamil New Year in April by actively participating in dancing and aesthetic events.
Kaṭhina Robe Offering Ceremony
The Dhamma School children along with their parents participate in the Kaṭhina Cīvara Pūjā of the communal offering of the Kaṭhina robe to the monastic community that takes place at the temple annually in October / November.
